Ferrari missed out on a fourth straight Le Mans victory after struggling to match the pace of the front-runners from the opening test day. The Italian marque’s post-race remarks pointed to Balance of Performance as a key factor in the gap.

Toyota’s No 7 prototype won the 94th 24 Hours of Le Mans, ending Ferrari’s three-race winning streak. Nick De Vries, Kamui Kobayashi and Mike Conway delivered the Japanese marque’s first Le Mans victory in four years.
